Cherry & coconut Breakfast Bars

I love these and have not made them for ages, it began a few years whilst reading a Nigella cook book she did something similar so over the years ive adapted to my own. Great for mornings when your in a hurry and for pack up

Here we go

1 x 397g can of condensed mil

250g oats80g shredded coconut100g cherries

150g mixed seed (pumpkin sunflower sesame) which ever you want or a mixture

You could add any dried fruits of your choice i do this one as my hubby likes it but apricots or cranberries are always a good its generally to your liking.

Pre heat the oven to 130′ and line a baking tray 23 x 33 4 cm.

Warm the condensed milk in a large pan gently so you don’t burn it.

Then mix all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl then add the warm condensed milk to the dry mix and with a spatula mix altogether it will be very sticky.

Begin to spread the mixture into the tin making sure it goes to all corners and is roughly even then bake in the oven for around an hour then remove from the oven and after 15 mins cut into bar size pieces and let cool down completely.
