Homemade chicken burgers with avocado mayo and sweet potato chips

I Love this recipe!!

I got the idea from one of my food magazines

You will need

400g chicken cubed

85g pancetta diced

1 small onion chopped

1tbsp rosemary chopped

1 avocado halved and stoned

2tbsp mayonnaise

4 rolls

Salad

5-6 sweet potatoes chopped into chips

Salt & pepper

Olive oil

Pre heat the oven to 180β€²c

Begin by putting the chicken in your food processor and pulse for about a minute then add the pancetta and pulse again then finely add the onion and rosemary and pulse,

Then shape the meat mixture into 4 good sized burgers and leave to one side.

Now time for the avocado mayo do this by scooping out the avocado into a bowl along with the mayo and mix with a folk and that’s it easy!!
