I really love playing with different flavours for my chicken burgers and as I have some tarragon in the garden I thought I would put these burgers together,
you will need
2 large Chicken Breasts or 3 small ones
1 Onion roughly chopped
2tbsp Fresh Tarragon chopped
1 Egg yolk
Salt and Pepper
4 Burger buns
Begin by putting the chicken in your food processor with the tarragon, onions and salt and pepper and egg yolk
Then shape the meat mixture into 4 good sized burgers and chill for 20 mins.
Cook in a large non stick frying pan with a little oil for 4 – 5 mins on each side until cooked through out I always check my burger by slicing one in half or one of the kids to make sure they are cooked they should look golden and firm to touch.
Toast your burger buns and add some mayo or you could have avocado mayo with them lots of fresh salad then pop the burgers on top then serve with chips or wedges.
